Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

Agreement to these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Prediction Labs Inc. for your use of Yanmoo. By creating an account, running a diagnosis, or otherwise using the service, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” means that company. If you do not accept these terms, do not use Yanmoo.

What Yanmoo does

Yanmoo is a control plane for AI agents that do growth work. It:

  • Reads publicly reachable pages of a website you supply and sends their text to an AI provider to produce a Four Fits diagnosis of the product.
  • Recommends acquisition channels for that product, and generates a playbook for each channel you activate.
  • Runs AI agents against those playbooks inside isolated sandboxes, within the budgets, approval gates and tool permissions you set.
  • Connects to third-party tools you authorise, so your agents can act in them on your behalf.
  • Measures the results — cost per acquisition, lifetime value, attribution and cohorts — from the data those tools return.

We add, change and remove features as the product develops. Nothing on this page or on our marketing pages is a commitment to build or keep any particular feature.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your company.
  • Give us accurate account information and keep it current. We use your email address for service notices you cannot opt out of.
  • Tell us promptly at legal@yanmoo.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

What you authorise agents to do

This is the most important thing to understand about Yanmoo. When you launch a growth team and connect a tool, you are authorising software to take real actions in the outside world on your behalf — sending messages, publishing content, creating campaigns, spending money in ad accounts, and writing to systems you have connected.

  • Those actions are yours. An action an agent takes through your connected tool is your action, exactly as if you had taken it yourself, and you are responsible for it.
  • You hold the controls. Budgets, approval gates, tool permissions and the ability to pause any agent are yours to set. It is your responsibility to set them before granting access, to review what your agents produce, and to keep them within the rules of every platform you operate on.
  • Agents make mistakes. They are driven by AI models that can be wrong, can misread a situation, and can take an action you did not intend. Do not grant an agent access to anything where an unintended action would cause harm you are not prepared to absorb.

AI output is not advice, and not a guarantee

Diagnoses, channel recommendations, playbooks, metrics and any other model output are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, and identical inputs can produce different results.

None of it is legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or professional advice. Nothing we produce is a prediction or promise of growth, revenue or any other business outcome. Verify anything you intend to act on, and use your own judgement.

Fees, free access, and price changes

Yanmoo may be offered to you at no charge, in whole or in part. Free access is a temporary commercial decision, not a term of this agreement.

  • Free access may end at any time. We may introduce charges, reduce what is included at no charge, impose usage limits, or withdraw free access entirely, for the service as a whole or for your account specifically.
  • Prices may change at any time. We may set, raise or restructure pricing at any point, including for plans and features you are already using.
  • There is no grandfathering. Using Yanmoo while it is free, or on any particular price, creates no right to keep that price. We are under no obligation to preserve any rate, plan, discount, allowance or free tier for existing users, and we make no commitment to offer legacy pricing.
  • Your choice is to continue or to stop. Where we can reasonably do so we will tell you before a change takes effect. If you do not accept a new price, your remedy is to stop using the paid service before the change applies. Continuing to use it after that is acceptance of the new price.

Where fees do apply, they are payable in advance, are stated exclusive of taxes, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Usage-based charges are billed on the usage we record.

Model providers and your own credentials

Running agents requires an AI model. You may connect your own model subscription or API key, and on some plans you are required to.

  • When you connect your own credential, the work runs under your agreement with that provider, is billed to your account, and is subject to that provider’s terms, usage policies and rate limits. You are responsible for complying with them.
  • We are not responsible for a provider suspending, throttling, repricing or terminating your access, nor for what that does to work in progress.
  • Where work runs on our own model access instead, we may set limits on volume and frequency, and may change or withdraw that access at any time.

Connected tools

Third-party tools you connect are governed by your agreement with their providers, not by this one. You are responsible for having the right to connect each tool and to let agents act in it.

We are not responsible for a third-party tool changing its API, revoking access, losing data, or behaving in a way that breaks work your agents have started. Disconnecting a tool stops future actions; it does not undo actions already taken.

Acceptable use

You may not use Yanmoo to:

  • Break the law, or breach the rules of any platform, network or channel you operate on — including the anti-spam, advertising, data-protection and automation policies of every platform your agents touch.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, or contact people without a lawful basis for doing so.
  • Generate or distribute content that is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or that impersonates another person or business.
  • Analyse a website, or connect an account, that you have no right to act for.
  • Attempt to breach our security, evade rate limits or budgets, access another customer’s data, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Resell the service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement.
  • Overload the service, including by automating it in ways that degrade it for others.

You are responsible for the conduct of everyone you invite to your company, and for what your agents do under permissions you granted.

Your data and who owns what

You keep ownership of everything you put into Yanmoo and everything your agents produce for you — your company data, profiles, channels, playbooks, goals, measurements and run output.

You grant us the permission we need to operate the service for you: to store, process, transmit and display that content, to send it to the AI providers and processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and to create backups. That permission exists to run the service and for no other purpose.

We may use aggregated and de-identified information about how the service is used to operate and improve it. Such information never identifies you, your company, or your customers.

We keep ownership of Yanmoo itself — the software, the models of the growth process it encodes, its channel workflows, and our trademarks. Feedback you send us we may use freely and without obligation.

Analytics and session recording

We record how the product is used, including page views, product milestones, errors, and masked session recordings, to find faults and improve the product. What we collect, how it is masked, and how to opt out are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We aim to keep Yanmoo available and to give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but the service is provided without any uptime commitment or service level agreement. It depends on third parties — hosting, model providers, sandbox infrastructure and the tools you connect — and any of them can fail. We may suspend or change the service, including individual features, at any time.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Yanmoo at any time, and may request deletion of your account and company data as described in our Privacy Policy. Export your data before you do.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other customers at risk, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where the circumstances allow it, we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your data first.

On termination your right to use the service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive.

Disclaimers

Yanmoo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, even if advised such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Where you use Yanmoo at no charge, that limit is one hundred United States dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the service, from actions taken by agents under permissions you granted, from content you supplied, and from your breach of these terms or of any law or platform policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product where we reasonably can. Continuing to use Yanmoo after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and Prediction Labs Inc. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
